The sale of homes in Spain rose 14% in November 2014 according to the statistics of the General Notary Board.
This is interesting information which is added to the increase for the sixth consecutive month of mortgages for the purchase of properties and showsstability in the Real Estate Market.

- - The average price per square meter of the abodes purchased in November 2014 was of € 1.194. In detached homes the average price per square meter increased a 4,1% year on year rate.
